Xenmark

Xenmark is a browser-based PDF drawing review platform for engineering, construction, architecture, and other technical teams. It keeps drawing annotations, structured comments, replies, statuses, and revisions together in one shared project workspace instead of scattering feedback across marked-up PDFs, email threads, spreadsheets, and chat. Teams can review drawings directly in the browser, track open and resolved comments, manage revisions, and export structured PDF and Excel comment registers. Only the project owner needs a subscription; reviewers and collaborators are always free.

Engineering and construction startups often work with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and external reviewers without having a large document-management system in place.
