What is SCMD

SCMD is an open-source, local review deck for the persistent memories that Claude Code saves about you and your projects. Built specifically for Claude users, it lets you keep, delete, skip, undo, and rewrite memories, and inspect why a memory was saved. Changes stay staged until you confirm, and deletions go to a restorable trash. It runs locally with no telemetry, no cloud service, and zero npm dependencies, and is MIT-licensed.
